1. The Petitioner's representation be examined by the Collector, Order No.

Surbarnapur, Sonepur (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party Nos.8 to 10 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 21st April, 2022. A copy of the order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
