1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw Order No.
the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the concerned Sub-Collector.
2. If such an appeal is filed not later than 16th August, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay with an explanation for the delay on account of pendency of the present petition, it will be considered on merit by the Appellate Authority. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter. Till such time the Appellate Authority deals with the application for interim relief to be filed by the Petitioner with the appeal, provided the appeal is filed within the time stipulated, the interim order passed by this Court will continue.
3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
