This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Koraput Vigilance P.S Case No.38 of 2011 corresponding to Vigilance G.R. Case No.38 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Jeypore.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Mr. Pani, learned Sr. Standing Counsel for the Vigilance is present. The present status of the aforesaid case is also not known.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised. 6.
