This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 01.03.2013 passed by the District Inspector of Schools-cum-District Nodal Officer, MDM, Cuttack-opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-4 issuing engagement order in favour of opposite party nos.9 & 10 engaging them as Cook-cum-Helper under MDM Programme for Khadichuan Deuli Primary School.

// 2 // Considering the nature of prayer in this case and the fact that 9 years have elapsed in the meanwhile, the writ petition is virtually rendered infructuous and accordingly disposed of. However, if any cause of action survives, it is open to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition.
