Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is lot of defect. There has been no service of notice on many of the contesting opposite parties. The matter is pending since 2006. There has been no showing interest in appropriate time in curing such defect. This Court does not like to entertain this writ petition with so many defects, which is dismissed accordingly.
