The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to consider his case for relaxation of his upper age limit as per Rule-52 of Odisha Service Code by relaxing his over age of 1 year 6 months so that he would be able to participate in the selection process for recruitment to the post of trained graduate teacher in Arts pursuant to the advertisement dated 23.12.2021 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha under Annexure-3 and his candidature may be accepted and he may be allowed to participate in the selection process for the post of trained graduate teacher in Arts pursuant to the advertisement dated 23.12.2021 as he has been fulfilled the eligibility conditions enumerated in the said advertisement excepting the eligibility conditions of age as per clause-5A of the said advertisement dated 23.12.2021 within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made
representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified/authenticated copy of this order.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
