1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal against the impugned order in accordance with law.

2. The statutory appeal if filed not later than 6th February, 2023 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of pendency of the present petition, will be considered by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. If accompanied by an application for interim relief, then till such time an order is passed in such application by the Appellate Authority, the interim order passed by this Court in the present writ petition will continue.

3. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any view in the matter.

4. Original annexures be returned to the Petitioner subject to being substituted with attested photocopies thereof.
