Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

A batch of cases involving same issue have come to be disposed of in disposal of O.J.C.No.9026 of 1992 by order of Division Bench dated 23.04.1998. Considering the submission involved and the order therein passed in similar cases, this Court finds there is no possibility of giving a different view here. There is no scope for interfering in the impugned order keeping in mind that there has been a remand proceeding. In the circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of without interfering in the impugned order. However, in the event the remand proceeding is not terminated as of now, same shall be terminated within a period of six months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
