1. There has been no stay order passed in the present revision petition. The impugned order of the Tribunal only remands the matter to the Sales Tax Officer to make an assessment afresh following the judgment of the Supreme Court of India in M/S Gannon Dunkerley and Co. v. State of Rajasthan (1993) 88 STC 204.

2. In that view of the matter no substantial question of law arises. The revision petition is disposed of.
