The defaulting borrower in two loan accounts availed from the State Bank of India, Jajpur Town Branch before this Court challenging the initiation of recovery process initiated under the SARFAESI proceeding.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the parties are agreed that the present petition has become infructuous as both the loan accounts stand closed on 1st February, 2022 after availing the benefit of amicable settlement under the RINN Samandhan, 2021. P.T.O.
