Heard Ms. Sujata Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Saswata Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.
It appears that during pendency of the revision application, i.e., OSS R.P. Case No.520 of 2020 before the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, Camp at Bhubaneswar, opp. party No.8 has sold a caption land to opp. party No.9. The grievance of the petitioner is that the District Sub-Registrar, Khurda (opp. party No.5) and Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar (opp. party No.4) should not have allowed registration of sale deed during pendency of the aforesaid revision.

When the sale has become final by registration of sale deed and when the competent revision is pending before the Member, Board of Revenue, this Court possibly cannot entertain/interfere with the matter at this stage. The petitioner is advised to move the Member, Board of Revenue in the revision petition for redressal of her grievance. If any interim application is filed before the Member, Board of Revenue to that effect, that shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ application is disposed of.

In view of the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
