1. An affidavit has been filed by the Additional District Social Welfare Officer, Balasore (ADSWO) on 31st March, 2022. It is stated therein that the District Social Welfare Officer, Balasore as well as Child Development Project Officer, Bahanaga contacted the family members of Smt. Maunabati Kabi residing at the Mission Ashra, Janla in the district of Khurda since 2013. On a personal interaction with Smt. Kabi, they found that her health condition is good. She is under psychiatric medication under the direct supervision of physicians.

2. At this stage, therefore, no further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
