It is agreed by learned Counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 10891 of 2016, which has been allowed today (24.06.2022). 4.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the judgment dated 24.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10891 of 2016, this Writ Petition stands allowed by quashing the common order dated 29.09.2015 passed in O.A. No. 3759(C) of 2012 and batch, namely, O.A. No. 2691(C) of 2013 to O.A. No. 2702(C) of 2013. ...........................
