This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the charge sheet in Chitrakonda P.S. Case No.165 of 2020, arising out of T.R. Case No.184 of 2020, pending in the Court of Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Malkangiri vide Annexure-2. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party. 4.

Petitioner has sought for quashment of the charge sheet. 5.

I am not inclined to do so.

Giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all such contentions at the time of framing of charge before the trial court, this petition stands dismissed.
