This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an Application for correction of typographical mistake appearing in the final judgment delivered on 25.04.2022 in RSA No.200 of 2009.

Heard.

Keeping in view the submissions made and on going the through the averments taken in the Application; a careful reading being given to the judgment; this Court is of the view that an inadvertent typographical error in mentioning the figure "2" in the last line at last sub-para at page-11 of the judgment has gone uncorrected and that figure "2" instead of figure "1" has been typed.

In that view of the matter, the prayer as advanced in the Application is allowed.

The correction as aforesaid is hereby corrected. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
