Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this Bail Application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019 awaiting trial.

Taking into account the period of custody, the Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite the same and conclude the matter within a period of eight months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

Registry is also called upon to communicate this order. 8.
It is open for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail. If the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated ant the delay is not attributable to the petitioner.
