This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 01.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, inter alia, for commission of offence under section 3 of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act but the said offence has not been reflected in the order and therefore, the order be modified and the offence be added to the order.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection

In the third paragraph of the order dated 01.02.2022 where the offences have been mentioned, the offences shall be read as it includes the offence under section 3 of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act and in paragraph-6 in place of 'Courts below', the same shall be read as 'Court below'. The rest part of the order dated 01.02.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
