3. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the order dated 18th February, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar in S.T.Case No.124 of 2015.

4. Having regard to the age of the application, in absence of the case of being persuaded by the Petitioner, there is no point in keeping this petition alive.
