This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the demand notice under Annexure-1.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meanwhile, Petitioner has paid the amount and no dues are pending against him. As such, he submits the writ petition be disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court, if he is not granted the N.O.C. applied for.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
