This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 24th May, 2008 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar in I.C.C. No.82 of 2007 wherein cognizance of the offences under Sections 294, 323, 506(ii), 447 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(iv)(v)(xv) of S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act has been taken and N.B.W.(A) has also been issued against them, as well as the entire proceeding.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 4.
Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, if the Petitioners surrender, if not on bail, before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and makes a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall release them on bail in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
