Supreme Court of India in C.A. Nos.6745-49 of 2021 (M/s. Newtech Promoters and Developers Private Limited v. State of UP) upholding the requirement of pre-deposit under Section 43 (5) of the Real Estate (Development and Regulation) Act 2016, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not wish to press this petition.
