A memo has been filed indicating that the petitioner is now having a retail sale and supplied Outlet of petroleum and High Speed Diesel of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited in the name and style of M/s Parameswar KSK.

In view of such assertion, as stated in the memo dated 25.01.2021, the cause of action no longer survive. 5.
