1. For the reasons stated, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The Misc. Case is allowed.

2. This writ appeal is directed against the interim order dated 20th November, 2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.30982 of 2011 granting some interim reliefs to the Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellants states that the interim relief has been granted subject to the outcome of the writ petition. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned interim order.

4. In any event, since the said writ petition is still pending, a direction is issued that it be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
