1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It has been stated by Ms. S. Patnaik, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that the appellant has been released prematurely. From the communication dated 12.07.2022 issued by the Deputy Inspector for General of Prisons, (Headquarters), it is apparent that the petitioner got released from the prison on terminating the term of imprisonment.

3. There is no representation for the appellant. In such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.

4. Ms. Patnaik, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has stated for the record that she got the information relating to premature release from the I.I.C., Raghunathpur P.S., Dist.-Jagatsinghpur.
