1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal. If such an appeal is filed not later than 9th May, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, it will be considered on merits by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. The originals filed as Annexures be returned to the Petitioner subject to their being substituted by attested photocopies thereof.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms with liberty as prayed for.
