Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, in view of the Order passed by a coordinate bench, which was confirmed by the Apex Court, the Petitioners, being similarly placed, benefits in terms of the prayer made in the Writ Petition have already been paid to the Petitioners. 3.
