I.A. No.10115 of 2022 has been filed for vacation of the interim order dated 15th March, 2012 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.3604 of 2012, whereby further proceeding in C.S. No.87 of 2009 pending before learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Basudevpur has been stayed. 3.

None appears for the writ Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 27th February, 2012 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Basudevpur in C.S. No. 87 of 2009, whereby an application for amendment of the written statement has been rejected.

Since none appears for the writ Petitioner to pursue the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.

The I.As. are accordingly disposed of.
