This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 24.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.27621 of 2019 and subsequent order passed on 24.08.2021 in CONTC No.4923 of 2021.

Mr. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State submitted that the order passed by this Court though was complied with vide order dated 25.02.2020 under Annexure-C/3 to the compliance affidavit but inadvertently the said order could not be communicated to the Petitioner.

In view of that since the order has been complied with vide order dated 25.02.2020, no further Contempt will lie as against the Opposite Parties. However, the Petitioner, if he likes, may file appropriate application against the order dated 25.02.2020.
