1. Learned Standing Counsel for the Appellants insists that all the orders of the learned Single Judge have been complied with and he says that no contempt petition has also been filed by the Respondent. He is unable to explain why the present appeal has been filed. The Court is also unable to understand why the Appellants have challenged the impugned orders if they have already complied with them.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
