Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits to have received no such instruction from the legal representatives of sole Appellant, who has died since 20.01.2016 so as to further pursue the Appeal. He submits that till now all possible steps having been taken, there has come no response.

In the above state of affairs, the Appeal stands dismissed as abated since long.
