ORDER

1. The Petitioner has directly approached this Court against the Order No.

order of the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar which is an appealable order under the Odisha Government Land Settlement Act (OGLS Act).

2. It is directed that the Petitioner is permitted to file an appeal as provided under the OGLS Act not later than 1st March, 2022 and in that event the interim order passed by this Court dated 15th May, 2012 will continue till such time the appellate authority passes an appropriate order on the application for interim relief to be filed by the Petitioner.

3. It is made clear that if the appeal is not filed within the time stipulated the interim order of this Court will stand automatically vacated. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
