This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
This writ petition involves the following prayer. "Under the above facts, circumstances and contentions, it is humbly prayed this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, call for the records and after hearing the counsel for the petitioner would be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other suitable writ(s) by directing to the Collector and Block Development Officer-opposite party nos.2 and 7 respectively to take appropriate steps for removal of the illegal construction over the petitioner's land and intimate to the petitioner in this regard within a time frame' And further would be pleased to pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as may deem fit and proper as per the circumstances of the case." 4.
Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-8 is pending consideration, without
expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Collector, Jagatsinghpur-opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure8 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner but, however, giving personal hearing to the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
