This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 01.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the 4th paragraph of the order dated 01.02.2022, it has been wrongly mentioned as 'National Institute of Medical and Management Studies (NIMMS), Andhra Study Circle under NIMMS (Govt. Regd.)' in place of 'National Institute of Medical and Management Studies (NIIMS)' by Rajguru Training College, Cuddalore' and therefore, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submissions made by the learned

// 2 // counsel for the respective parties and after going through the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, in the 4th Paragraph of the order dated 01.02.2022, in place of 'National Institute of Medical and Management Studies (NIMMS), Andhra Study Circle under NIMMS (Govt. Regd.)', the same shall be read as 'National Institute of Medical and Management Studies (NIIMS), Rajguru Training College, Cullalore'.

The rest part of the order dated 01.02.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
