09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. It is submitted by Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel on instruction that the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakh only) has been released in favour of the Petitioner on 14.11.2022 as per the letter issued by the Under Secretary to the Govt. of India.

3. In view of the same, since the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, the Contempt Petition is treated as dropeed.
