1. It is stated that the granddaughter of OP No.3 has married the grandson of the Petitioner and therefore the disputes have now been settled between the parties.

2. Both the parties are agreed that in view of the settlement reached the order in Annexure-1 i.e. order dated 15th July, 2003 of the Additional District Magistrate, Puri in OEA Appeal No.19 of 1995 can be quashed. It is so ordered.
