1. The J.M.F.C., Chandikhole has sent to this Court a copy of the Order No.

statement made by the Informant under Section 164 Cr.P.C.. The Court has also perused the affidavit filed by the Informant before this Court on 7th August, 2012.

2. In both these statements, the Informant claims that she had filed the complaint against the Petitioner by mistake, and that she is not willing to proceed with the case any further and that the matter has been "settled between the parties."

3. Both the parties will appear before the J.M.F.C., Chandikhole and get their respective statements recorded after which the J.M.F.C. will proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

5. G.R. Case No.749 of 2011 will now be listed before the J.M.F.C., Chandikhole on 11th July, 2022 on which date both parties will appear.

6. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the J.M.F.C., Chandikhole. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice M. Panda
