Record also reveals that earlier prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner had been rejected by order dated 17.01.2019 in ABLAPL No.16469 of 2018 in connection with G.R. Case No.801 of 2018 arising out of Paradeep P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 under section-394 of the IPC read with section-25/27 of the Arms Act.

In the above state of affairs, the ABLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
