1. On account of the subsequent developments, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press the petition at this stage with liberty to urge all the contentions if required at the appropriate stage in the court below.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. The interim order dated 26th June 2012 passed in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
