In compliance of the order dated 28.07.2022, Mr. D. Tripathy, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties produces a letter dated 12.08.2022 in Court today. Paragraphs-10, 11 and 12 of the said letter state as follows:

"10. Sri L.N. Rout, along with 04 other Adhoc M.V. Drivers, have been regularized as M.V. Driver, Gr.-III in Pay Matrix Level-2 (GP-1900) of 7th CPC vide GM(P)/ECoR/BBS's O.O. No.268/2017 dated:11.10.2017.

11. Promoted and posted as regular Tech-II (M.V. Driver) in Level-4 (GP-2400) from Tech-III (M.V. Driver) in Level-2 (GP-1900) while working under PCOM/BBS vide DRM(P)/KUR's O.O.

No.P/Engg/06/2020 dated:08.01.2020.

12. Again promoted and posted as regular Tech-I (M.V. Driver) in Level-5 (GP-2800) in his lien unit (KUR) while working under PCOM/BBS vide DRM(P)/KUR's O.O. No. P/KUR/E/Engg/48/2022 dated:04.05.2020. Accordingly, the Petitioner has accepted his promotion to Tech-I (M.V. Driver) in Level-5 and shouldered higher responsibility w.e.f. 17.05.2022 vide his letter Dated 17.05.2022."

In view of such position, since the services of the Petitioner have been regularized and subsequently he has

been given promotion, this writ petition stands disposed of, as the relief sought has been granted to the Petitioner. 4.
