Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that a similar matter, i.e. W.P.(C) No. 9459 of 2013, which had arisen out of the order passed in a contempt proceeding, having been disposed of, the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 9459 of 2013. However, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
