CORAM:

JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.

ORDER

13.09.2022 05.

1.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2.

This Writ Petition is pending since 2003 involving a remand order. Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that in the pendency of the Writ Petition, there has been some conciliation between the parties. Mr. Kar, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties however objects to such claim. This Court does not want to enter into such controversy at this stage. While declining to entertain the Writ Petition for having no merit this Court observes in the event of any such development, nothing prevents the parties to bring such development to the notice of the remand authority or to undertake appropriate exercise.

(Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
