CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE R.K.PATTANAIK Order No.
ORDER
08.08.2022 02.
1. Delay of 2 days as pointed out by the Office in filing the appeal is condoned.
2. The only direction issued by the learned Single Judge to the present Appellants-Bank is to release the Tractor immediately in favour of the Respondent on an undertaking been given by Respondent that he will not dispose of the Tractor till disposal of the suit.
3. Clearly that order has worked itself out as in the present appeal, no order has yet been passed for the last 10 years. Consequently, the Court sees no purpose in entertaining the writ appeal and it is disposed of as such.
