2. This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 21.07.2014 passed by the J.M.F.C., Cuttack in ICC Case No.1057 of 2007 allowing the petition filed by the Complainant for substitution.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order but liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise the contention with regard to maintainability of the complaint at the instance of the Branch Manager and also the substitution of him at the appropriate stage. If such contention is raised, the court shall address the same in appropriate manner.

5. With the aforesaid order the Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of.
