1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioner is the defaulting loanee of a loan raised from the Orissa State Financial Corporation (for short "the OSFC").

3. By filing the present writ petition challenge has been laid to the order dated 2nd October, 2011, whereby the OSFC has intimated the cancellation of the O.T.S. sanctioned due to noncompliance of the terms of payment as per the settlement.

4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition.

5. In view of the memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
