1. There has been no stay in the impugned order of the learned single Judge during the eight years of pendency of the present appeal. Meanwhile, the impugned order which permitted to Respondent No.1 to deposit the balance amount owing to the Appellant in six equally monthly instalments ought to have worked itself out. Liberty was granted to the Appellant to repossess the vehicle in the event of default of payment of the instalments.

2. Giving the nature of the relief granted, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present appeal.

3. The writ appeal is dismissed.
