Mr. Baug, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there has been police inaction in spite of direction by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kujang on order dated 15th November, 2021.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, 1CC no.349 of 2021 has been stayed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kujang. His instructions, however, do not contain date of the order. Mr. Baug submits, he does not have any instruction. 3.
Court has no reason to not rely on instructions received by learned Additional Government Advocate. As such, no order can be passed on this petition.
