1. This matter is taken up by Hybrid mode.

2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.36 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.107 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bolangir.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. This Court issued notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D vide order dated 05.05.2014. Till date requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party No.2 have not been filed.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment to file the requisites but I am not inclined to do so.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 05.05.2014.

6. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach this Court as it is stated that the matter has been compromised amicably between the parties.
