This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to make a fresh application to the higher authority. 4.
In the circumstance, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. In the event such grievance petition is made within ten days from today, the same shall be disposed of within three months from the date of its filing. 5.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the
