This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A. has been filed for correction of typographical error in the order dated 10th February, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

It is submitted by Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners that at Paragraph-3 of the order 10th February, 2022, it has been inadvertently stated that the lease of Sabik Plot No.12/1188 was granted in favour of the predecessor of the Petitioners, namely, Dhaneswar Samantasinghar. But the same was, in fact, granted in the name of predecessor of Petitioners, namely, Sashi Dei, wife of Dhaneswar Samantasinghar. Hence, he prays that after the word, "namely" and before the words "Dhaneswar Samantasinghar" in Paragraph-3 of the order, the words "Sashi Dei, wife of" should be inserted. 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel does not have any object to such correction.

In view of the above, the order dated 10th February, 2022 be corrected accordingly.

In view of such correction, time for disposal of the R.C. No. 64 of 2021 is extended for a further period of two months. 7.

With the aforesaid modification of the order dated 10th February, 2022, the I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
