Mr. Mishra, learned senior counsel appearing for the opposite parties submits that in the meanwhile the departmental proceeding has been concluded but no final order has been passed in terms of the order dated 13.08.2019 in Misc. Case No. 11904 of 2015. 4.

Since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as nonprosecution. 5.

It is needless to say that the interim order automatically stands vacated.
